About returns, defective products, and cancellations: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days and we will exchange the returned item for a non-defective item or refund your order, with shipping charges paid on delivery. Also, due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
